Contribution Management

An integrated database supporting the publishing and membership community is not complete without the ability to manage contribution data.

ICN has developed an integrated support service for contribution management, solicitation and reporting. Conducting a successful campaign requires an understanding of the contributor. The questions like who contributed, to what did they contribute, how much did they contribute, to what else did they contribute, what offers did they respond to, was it direct mail or email, or telephone or possibly a referral from another web page that caught their interest, did they contribute via credit card, what other products or services did they purchase, did they visit us on the web, what web sites did they visit, what questions did they ask, what demographics have we captured, how can we utilize these demographics across product, services and contribution lines?

These and many other questions can be answered using the ICN system. Having the information and the tool to put the information to work is critical to campaign success.


Some of ICN's clients have chosen to keep one or more functions in house, while still taking advantage of a state of the art fulfillment system. Clients, at their choice can continue to do clerical/cashiering or subscriber services remotely, and have access to the ICN subscriber service system.
