Cross Product Marketing

The ICN multi product database system provides a unique capability to cross-market multi products to an individual. A person comes to our client page for any reason, and is identified, the system will determine what other products are available that they do not have. Once this determination is made the system, through a priority process, can offer them additional product, collect for product which remains unpaid, deny trial access if they have previously accepted a trial, etc.

Having a multi product data base available while your customer is on line can dramatically change the concept of the marketing program.


Some of ICN's clients have chosen to keep one or more functions in house, while still taking advantage of a state of the art fulfillment system. Clients, at their choice can continue to do clerical/cashiering or subscriber services remotely, and have access to the ICN subscriber service system. This will allow customer service associates to see call histories, generate follow up letters automatically, as well as cross sell related products or services.
