Managing a directory database comes with it own unique set of opportunities. The entries to be put in the directory must be solicited, through multiple media sources, multiple times. Entry of responses into the database must be carefully reviewed for accuracy. Extraction of the entries must be specific to the format of the directory. The directory must be publicized to previous purchasers and potential known and unknown purchasers.

The ICN system provides for the automation of most of the required functions. While we do not provide the final eyeball review, our system will e-mail previous participants to solicit updated information which they can enter on-line with a click of the mouse, and collect payment if required through credit card payment. Automatically generate solicitations for postal mail for those who have not yet provided e-mail addresses. The system will solicit the information several times on a defined schedule. Information entered is available for review and correction by the editing staff on-line.

When the directory is ready for production the entries can be extracted in the correct structure for the formatting system.
