Digital Publication Distribution

Today’s publishing world requires the capability to deliver the product through many different methods. The traditional Postal Service continues, at least at present, to be the most accepted for print media. However for economic, accessibility, and timely information delivery reasons, there is now the digital delivery alternative.

Some ICN clients wanted to and are now delivering their products over the Internet in various processes. In some cases it is pay for print and free Internet, another form is free print in USA and free Internet worldwide but foreign print must be paid print, as well as other combinations which cross delivery and product lines. Along with this delivery capability came additional audit requirements.

Responding to this new opportunity ICN, has developed a capability to receive, process, deliver, track, and report orders for digital delivery as well as digital delivery in combination with print and it functions across multiple product lines.

Some of ICN's clients have chosen to keep one or more functions in house, while still taking advantage of a state of the art fulfillment system. Clients, at their choice can continue to do clerical/cashiering or subscriber services remotely, and have access to the ICN subscriber service system. This will allow customer service associates to see call histories, generate follow up letters automatically, as well as cross sell related products or services. "All of the advantages of in-house with none of the headaches."
