Reader Service
ICN's reader service processing is an integral part of the database. When reader inquiry data is entered, the database is searched to determine if the request is from a current subscriber. If it is, the demographics of that subscriber/unit can be reported to the advertiser. If adequate information is provided, the subscriber can be requalified in the same transaction. If the inquiry is not from a current subscriber that person can be added to the database for future subscription solicitation, or if adequate data is provided, they can be added as an active subscriber.

Some of ICN's clients have chosen to keep one or more functions in house, while still taking advantage of a state of the art fulfillment system. Clients, at their choice can continue to do clerical/cashiering or subscriber services remotely, and have access to the ICN subscriber service system. This will allow customer service associates to see call histories, generate follow up letters automatically, as well as cross sell related products or services.
