Gate Keeping

Because the ICN system is a real-time multi-product database we can offer our clients extensive GATE KEEPING capabilities. The ICN database is a multi-product database. That is all products acquired by that person are attached to the single name record. As the database is accessed for one product an instant determination can be made to ascertain if they are permitted access to any other product. If they are not registered for the product they can be offered the opportunity to purchase and pay or sign up for access and then provided instant access. This is extremely valuable when multiple products allow access to multiple databases.

Some of ICN's clients have chosen to keep one or more functions in house, while still taking advantage of a state of the art fulfillment system. Clients, at their choice can continue to do clerical/cashiering or subscriber services remotely, and have access to the ICN subscriber service system. This will allow customer service associates to see call histories, generate follow up letters automatically, as well as cross sell related products or services.
